About the Role

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring that all logistics requirements are carried out according to the event plans. He/She manages the event plans and works closely with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the webinar or events are fulfilled.
  • ​He/She is detailed and resourceful, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills. He/She is able to react quickly to deviations in the event plans.
  • ​He/She works in a flexible workweek, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, and is comfortable working virtually or onsite live event (if any)
  • ​Assist in daily checking and replying of emails with regards to student inquiries 
  • ​Assist in the onboarding and off-boarding process for programs sign up (All Students' Platform)
  • ​Assist in handling refund tickets by providing excellent customer service
  • ​May be called upon for other duties not explicitly stated here
You might be the person we’re looking if you have:
  • Proficiency with mandarin and english*
  • ​Familiarity with database technology such as Infusionsoft (Keap) or Activecampaign
  • ​Familiarity with excel/google sheet.
  • ​Strong organizational and project (live event or webinar) management skills.
  • ​Excellent customer service and be service oriented to help students to solve their issues/problems arising from the programme
